Reverend Roland J: Your Wedding Officiant
The Reverend Roland J story began as something of a joke. When my dear cousin got engaged, she jokingly told me I could officiate. I became an ordained minister, hoping that maybe, just maybe, I would actually get the opportunity. Of course, she was kidding, and perhaps I was too. But, alas, I discovered I have a love for weddings. In this hectic world in which we live in, sometimes it’s difficult to stop and intentionally spend time with our loved ones. Weddings afford us an excuse to leave the stressors of life behind for a day, come together, and have a great time celebrating the people we love. My goal is to ensure you, and your special guests, have the most memorable day.

When you book the Reverend, I make it easy. Once we meet, virtually or in person, I'll get to work on your custom ceremony. We'll work out exactly what you want and make it happen. If you'd like, I'll be at the rehearsal!
$350 per ceremony.

Vows can be tough. You want to get it right. If you need help writing your vows, I will gladly assist, for a modest fee.

For local weddings, I do charge a little extra if the venue is not accessible by CTA/Metra. Details can be discussed and negotiated.
